Overview:

D&L Shipping Courier Service will provide the best services such of handling, processing and shipping of all legal goods and items received at our location.

Inspection of Goods:

Each Package or Goods received at our location is entitled but under no obligation to open for inspection before shipping. If therefore a package appears to cannot be safely or properly inspected without sustaining any additional expenses or taking any extra measures in inspecting such package, our option will be to obtain a photo/photos of the item/items from that particular package, the package will not be shipped until there is proof of items inside.

• If there is a package sent to our shipping address that does not have an account number, we will notify each individual, if there is no accountability, the package will be withheld until confirmed to whom the customer belongs for shipment.

We Do not ship:

We will not ship Hazardous/Waste Products, Firearms and Weapons , Explosives, Dangerous Chemicals and Goods, Pharmaceuticals Prescription Drugs, Cash , Cigarettes, Alcoholic Beverages, Air Bag, Poisons, Aerosols, Ammunition, Gasoline, Flammable Items, Acids, Marijuana (medical or otherwise), and any other items consider dangerous and restricted.

1. Shipping Address:

As a registered customer you will receive a shipping address to send your packages however, this address should be used only by the customer stated within this contract. This address should not be used in a manner where a third party can use our services without registering/signing up as a valid customer.

2. Account Creation:

You have the right to signup/sign up to use our service but we hereby reserved the right to suspend or terminate an account also to refuse or terminate any service in process/transit or for future use if anyone provides any information to us that is false our incomplete in nature.

4. Termination of Service Usage:

As our customer you reserve the right to discontinue with the use of our services at any time however, 30 days’ notice in advance applies with keeping to section 5 of this contract and terms. In addition we shall not be held liable to any customer to whom that use or apply to section 4 of this contract or to any third party herein, with keeping with all other sections of this contract for any issues that may arise given that a customer discontinue or suspended the use of our services. As our customer he/she shall make a request for discontinue by and email or online. After 30 days we well no longer be responsible for any package or items belonging to the customer.

1. We reserved the right to terminate, suspend a customer account any time without warning and a given any reason.
2. We hereby reserved the right to terminate, suspend or limit the use of our services to a customer at any time without warning or given any reason for such and provide a refund once a customer did not use our service in an illegal manner.

5. Payment:

Each customer that use our service shall be bound by any fee we set forth to customer to pay in order to use our services. All fees must be paid in full and this doesn’t includes a credit. Payment must be made either before or at or between the time of pick up or delivery in full.

6. General Service Usage:

At no time shall a customer of any kind may use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorized use or any actions that violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any terms will result in immediate termination of your account and right to use our services. We may send a customer notices including those with regards to any changes to our terms and services, including but not limited to email, phone number, and change of location along with service charge. In event of a violation a law body may be involved.

7. Exclusion:

As a customer you understand and agree that we are not responsible for any package or items that we did not received by our company at our location. We are not responsible for any package or items damaged before receiving at our location we are also not responsible for any damage or loss of a package or items within airline or sea shipment after trip leaves our address. For any package or items seized but not limited to in relation to matters or issues arise from customs we hereby will not be responsible for such. We will not be held liable for actions of any third in relation to our customer’s package and items.

Important notice:

If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place.
